What to Expect as an Author:

Event Time: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Boone Tavern Lobby, Berea, KY

Setup Time: 9:30 – 10:45 AM

What’s Provided: One table and 1–2 chairs per author; shared space layout

What to Bring: Signage, display items, and promotional materials

Sales: Authors are responsible for their own sales unless otherwise arranged.

Note: Once your payment is accepted, the AWC team will reach out to gather additional information on your table setup preferences, display, and any other accommodations you may need.
A Note for AWC Faculty & Attendees Selling Books:
If you're a conference faculty member or attendee who would like to participate but can't remain at your table for the full event, you're welcome to take advantage of the AWC-hosted Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Our event staff will be available to assist with managing your book sales while you attend sessions and enjoy the conference.You’ll be able to drop off books in advance and complete a simple form to authorize pricing and sales preferences. We’ll handle the rest.
